Mandala Dance of the 21 Praises of Tara

This sacred form was created by Prema Dasara over 35 years ago on the island of Maui, and has been commended by various lamas and even H.H. the Dalai Lama himself.  I'm honored to have been sharing the beautiful Tara Mandala Dance with my community for the past twelve years and to be trained as a Level Three teacher to offer the dance in public.

Tara Mandala Dance gatherings are open to everyone, including those who have never danced but feel drawn to learn more about Tara and singing her praises. Dancing as a group concentrates our intention to manifest wisdom, compassion, and power for ourselves and our communities. We generate countless blessings each time we gather together to dance.
